This Is One Busy
Place!
Drive by the corner of King and South King
streets on any given day and you'll probably see cars
in the parking lot. Besides our own varied activities, we
host many other groups:
-
King Street Nursery School provides pre-school
education for three- and four-year-olds on weekday mornings from
September through June. For information, contact Carol Fasio at
203-744-4223 or Barbara Saladi at 203-746-6013.
-
Alcoholics Anonymous meets at 8 p.m. Thursdays.
-
Boy Scout Troop 52, sponsored by our church, meets
Tuesday evenings. Two Girl Scout troops assemble on Friday
afternoons.
-
Danbury Hospital conducts “Programs for Parents” every
Monday and Wednesday evening.
-
Musical groups meet
on Friday nights for worship
and study.
Members may use the church without charge; non-members pay a fee.

Weddings and Civil Unions
The joining of two people in a loving commitment -- this is a
cause for celebration! We are delighted to assist both member and
non-member couples in this sacred event. Marriage and civil-union
ceremonies should express each couple's desires while meeting the
principles of the church.
If you’re thinking about celebrating
your wedding at King Street Church, the first step is to contact the
Rev. Cindy Maddox (pastor@kingstchurch.org
or 203-748-0719) to get detailed information and set up a time to
talk.
